My experience with AutoVocity Transport was less than satisfactory. While the pickup of my Ford F-150 was on time, there were significant delays in transit. I was given multiple different delivery dates, none of which were accurate. When my truck finally arrived, it had a dent on the rear bumper, which was not there before. The customer service team was unhelpful when I tried to address these issues, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Overall, I would not recommend AutoVocity Transport for auto transportation services.
