Overall, a satisfactory experience with B & C Towing & Recovery. While there were some minor hiccups along the way, such as a slight delay in pickup and communication issues, my car was transported safely and without any damage. The driver who delivered my Volkswagen Jetta was friendly and professional, which helped alleviate some of the initial concerns. With a bit of improvement in customer service, they could easily earn a higher rating.
