Let me tell you about the nightmare I experienced with Cavalier Auto Transport. I entrusted them with the delivery of my cherished vintage Volkswagen Beetle, a car that holds immense sentimental value for me. Not only did they fail to pick up the car on the agreed-upon date, but they also provided no updates or explanations for the delay. Days turned into weeks, and still, there was no sign of my beloved Beetle. When it finally arrived, it was evident that it had been mishandled; scratches marred its once-pristine exterior, and the interior smelled musty. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Cavalier Auto Transport is utterly appalling. Needless to say, I will never consider using their services again and strongly advise others to steer clear of this negligent company.
