My experience with Get it Done Transportation was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin? Not only was the pickup of my Honda Civic delayed by over two weeks without any explanation, but the communication throughout the process was virtually non-existent. I was left in the dark regarding the status of my vehicle for days on end, with my inquiries met with vague responses and empty promises. To make matters worse, upon finally receiving my car, I discovered significant damage to the exterior that was not present prior to transport. The entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated, angry, and completely disillusioned with Get it Done Transportation. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this negligent and unprofessional company.
