Marvel Auto Transport provided the worst service imaginable when I needed to transport my Thunderhawk XL. Not only did they fail to deliver my vehicle on time, but they also lost track of its whereabouts for an entire week. Their customer service team was unresponsive and offered no assistance or explanation for the delay. When my car finally arrived, it was severely damaged, with scratches and dents all over. The driver who delivered my vehicle was rude and dismissive when I confronted him about the damage. I am utterly disgusted by the incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by Marvel Auto Transport.
