Unfortunately, my experience with Vehicle Transport Services was below expectations. I hired them to transport my Jeep Wrangler from Florida to California, expecting a smooth process based on their promises. However, the pickup was delayed twice, and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate their changes. Communication was lacking, as I had to initiate contact multiple times to get updates.
