Firstly, the pickup was delayed by several days without any explanation or communication from the company. When my Focus finally arrived, it had significant damage to the front bumper and hood, which was shocking. Despite contacting the customer service team multiple times, I received no satisfactory resolution to the issue. I would strongly advise against using American Auto Transport for your vehicle transport needs.
