They transported my Subaru Forester from California to New York, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The pickup was delayed by several days without any explanation or communication from the company. When my Forester finally arrived, it had a dent on the rear bumper and some paint chipping on the hood, which was unacceptable. Despite contacting the customer service team, I received little assistance in resolving the issue. I would not recommend American Auto Transport to anyone looking for reliable vehicle transport services
