My experience with National Auto Shipping was a complete disaster from start to finish. First of all, they were extremely unprofessional in their communication, often ignoring my calls and emails for days on end. When my car finally arrived, it was in a deplorable condition, with dents, scratches, and even a cracked windshield. It was evident that they had mishandled my vehicle during transit. To add insult to injury, they refused to take responsibility for the damages and offered no compensation whatsoever. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I deeply regret entrusting them with my car.
