National Auto Shipping was utterly disastrous. Where do I even begin? From the moment I reached out to them for a quote, it was clear that communication would be a problem. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were met with vague promises of callbacks that never materialized. When my car was finally picked up, it was already a week past the scheduled date, and the driver seemed completely unprepared. Throughout the journey, I received no updates on the status of my vehicle, leaving me in a constant state of anxiety. And when it finally arrived at its destination, the condition was shocking. Scratches, dents, and even a cracked windshield marred its once pristine exterior. Attempts to seek compensation for the damages were met with indifference and deflection from the customer service team. In short, National Auto Shipping has proven themselves to be utterly incompetent and unprofessional, and I would strongly advise anyone against using their services.
